Seshego Consulting is a specialist consulting company that focuses on general advisory and rule drafting services to corporates and retirement funds that addresses the problems within the financial industry that are broader than “Advice” as defined in Section 1 of the Financial Advisory & Intermediary Services Act (FAISA). Andrew graduated from the University of Witwatersrand in 1991 and has a BCom Honours, specializing in both Finance and Insurance. He is a Certified Financial Planner® with over 30 years retirement fund consulting experience.
Andrew is a previous Managing Director of the Alexander Forbes Retirement Funds Division (at which time he was a board member of the Alexander Forbes Group (Pty) Ltd), CEO of Glenrand MIB Benefit Services (at which time he sat on the Glenrand MIB Group Exco) and was director of the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF). His current positions include CEO of Seshego Benefit Consulting (Pty) Ltd, trustee of various intervivos trusts, principal officer of several retirement funds, director of Seshego Africa Ltd (Seychelles), director of Balcarres Services (Pty) Ltd and director of Balcarres Lodge (Pty) Ltd.
Warren Wheatley CA(SA), CFP, Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Finance, Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning Law, Post Graduate Diploma in Auditing. Warren Wheatley is the Chief Investment Officer of Lebashe Investment Group along with being one of the founding principals. Coupled with this, he is the founder and CEO of WGW Advisory (Pty Ltd). Warren serves as a non-executive director on the board of Arena Holdings and chairman of the Joint Investment Committee of the Telkom Retirement Fund.
Warren gained a significant amount of experience whilst he worked as an Investment Banker and Wealth Manager at ABSA Capital. Here, he managed a portfolio of ultra-high net worth families and their investment decisions. Prior to this, Warren was at Alexander Forbes and served in various roles within the institutional consulting and actuarial business. Being head of one of the Consulting and Actuarial Branch in Sandton coupled with his previous experience of being Principal Consultant to a number of high profile corporate clients gave Warren further exposure in the investments arena.
Ian holds a B Soc Sc LLM degree from the University of Cape Town, is a Certified Financial Planner® and holds a diploma in international tax, an advanced postgraduate diploma in financial planning and investments, as well as a certificate in Private Client Investment Advice and Management (CISI United Kingdom). He is a licenced financial advisor in the United Kingdom and served as an examiner for the Financial Planning Institute in South Africa. Ian’s early career was spent at Old Mutual and Alexander Forbes. He joined Citadel Investment Services (Citadel) in 1998 as an investment advisor and soon after was involved with the establishment of Deloitte Private Clients, a joint venture between Deloitte and Citadel. After Citadel bought Deloitte’s interest in 2007, Ian returned to Citadel and, in 2009, he played an integral part in the joint venture entered into with London-based Stenham. He re-joined Citadel in 2010 to pursue the establishment of an ultra-high-net-worth client offering in London. In 2012 he relocated to South Africa and in 2013, became Regional Head of Johannesburg. Ian is a Director of Citadel, Citadel Fiduciary, Citadel Financial Protection and Citadel Holdings. He is also a Director of the Cayman Island-registered CDAM Global Opportunities Fund. In June 2020 he was appointed to the board of Seshego Benefit Consulting and Seshego Consulting.
Sajeel is a director of Citadel Investment Services, where he holds the title of Chief Operations Officer. Sajeel joined Citadel in 2018 after 14 years in corporate finance both in South Africa and abroad.
Sajeel has worked for Deutsche Bank, Standard Bank and Merrill Lynch, and he holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree

Zeenat graduated from Stellenbosch University in 2007 with a BComm Honours Business Management (cum laude) and from UNISA in 2016 with a LLB (cum laude).
Zeenat is a Certified Financial Planner® with over 12 years retirement fund consulting experience.She started her career in employee benefits in 2008. Her previous and current positions include Principal Officer of a multinational retirement fund and Principal Consultant on selected retirement funds. Zeenat is the Managing Director of Seshego.
